PhotoAccess provides the easiest and most complete Internet solution for managing and printing digital images, which benefit retailers, professional photographers and consumers. PhotoAccess perfected its service offerings to consumers throughout 2000, focusing on exceptional print quality and unsurpassed customer service. With a 300 percent growth rate and shipments to more than 23 countries, PhotoAccess' satisfied consumer base has grown steadily and consistently.

In December 2000, PhotoAccess expanded its services by offering retailers a fast, convenient and easy way to offer in-store consumers, digital photo finishing services. The company's online image management systems, work order routing and management tools, and home computer album management software facilitate the creation of a branded, customizable consumer Web experience. Within three weeks, brick-and-mortar and Web retailers can easily expand their photo finishing offering to include high performance digital image photo finishing.

A team of seasoned imaging professionals, formerly of Aldus, Adobe, PhotoWorks, Borland, and Symantec, drive PhotoAccess to meet its strategic business objectives. Mar. 2001 — 113 Chain Drug Store Brings Photo Finishing Service to Customers

  • USA Drug/Super D pharmacies selects PhotoAccess to offer thousands of in-store consumers the ability to store, manage and order prints of their digital photos from www.usadrug.com.

Mar. 2001 — Major European Camera Distributor-Digital Dream-Selects PhotoAccess

  • Exclusive distributor of Microtek digital cameras for Europe chose PhotoAccess to comprehensive online digital photo management, storage and eCommerce services, under the Digital Dream brand.
  • Low-priced digital print coupons will be put in every camera box, distributed in over 2000 retail sites.

Feb. 2001 — SNAP for Retailers Released to Market

  • PhotoAccess Software for Network Albuming at Photo-counters (SNAP) assists retailers in building in-store traffic, relationships and the loyalty of digital camera users.

May 2000 — PhotoAccess Releases Photon API To Internet Community

  • Photon provides a complete server-to-server interface to all PhotoAccess facilities and images making it easy to share files for specialized merchandising of photos.

Feb. 2000 — PhotoAccess Streamlines Work Order Dispatching Using IML

  • Company creates Image Markup Language (IML) forming the basis for routing photo print orders to mini-labs in retail stores, easily and efficiently.
  • IML is incorporated into PhotoAccess system architecture and allows the company to add new suppliers of photo-based merchandise virtually overnight.

Dec. 1999 — PhotoAccess Sells Digital Photo Prints and Photo Merchandise Online

  • Consumers find it convenient to order and purchase digital prints and fun merchandise online, including photographic slides, sweatshirts, mugs, posters, and mouse pads.

Dec. 1999 — PhotoAccess Launches www.photoaccess.com

  • Consumers now have the ability to easily upload digital images from a digital camera, scanner, or disk drive to the Internet.
